On April 12, 2013, in Docket Nos. RM13-13 and RM09-15, NERC submitted a joint petition of NERC and the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) for approval of WECC Regional Reliability Standard BAL-002-WECC-2 – Contingency Reserve.
