On April 8, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-3, NERC submitted a petition for approval of revisions to Appendix 4D (Procedure for Requesting and Receiving Technical Feasibility Exceptions to NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standards) and Appendix 2 (Definitions Used in the Rules of Procedure) of the NERC Rules of Procedure.
