On April 4, 2013, in Docket Nos. RM12-6 and RM12-7, NERC submitted a compliance filing in response to Order No. 773 Approving Revisions to the Electric Reliability Organization Definition of Bulk Electric System and Rules of Procedure. In this filing, NERC submits a schedule outlining how and when it will modify Exclusion E3 of the Bulk-Electric System definition to remove the 100kV minimum operating voltage in the local network definition.
