On June 12, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-4, FERC issued a letter order accepting the April 9, 2013 Petition for Approval of Amendments to the Delegation Agreement with Texas Regional Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) – Amendments to Texas RE’s Bylaws. The purpose of these amendments is to make corrections and to update procedures in various articles in the Delegation Agreement with Texas Reliability Entity, Inc.
