On June 20, 2013, in Docket No. RD13-8, FERC issued a letter order granting approval of the proposed interpretation to certain requirements for two Reliability Standards: TPL-003-0a (System Performance Following Loss of Two or More Bulk Electric System Elements (Category C)) and TPL-004-0 (System Performance Following Extreme Events Resulting in the Loss of Two or More Bulk Electric System Elements (Category D)). NERC submitted a filing on April 12, 2013 seeking approval of the proposed interpretation.
