On June 24, 2013, in Dockets RD13-5, RR08-4, RM08-19, RM09-9, RM09-19, RM09-25, RM10-15, RM10-16, and RD11-4, FERC issued an order in response to NERC’s compliance filing in response to supplemental information filed on February 15, 2013 concerning revised violation risk factors and violation severity levels associated with currently-approved Reliability Standards.
