On August 19, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-7, FERC issued a letter order accepting the July 17, 2013 Petition seeking approval of amendments to NERC’s Delegation Agreement with Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE). These amendments consist of changes to Exhibit D to the Delegation Agreement, TexasRE's Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP).
