On August 9, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-6, FERC issued a letter order approving NERC’s 2012 Budget True-Up, filed on May 30, 2013. NERC’s filing showed comparisons between budgeted and actual expenditures, audited financial statements, and administrative cost metrics for itself and the eight Regional Entities for the 2012 fiscal year in compliance with previous Commission orders.
