On September 24, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-8, FERC issued a letter order accepting the August 9, 2013 petition for approval of revisions to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Bylaws. The proposed SPP bylaw amendments are to Sections 1.0, 3.0, 6.0, and 8.0.
