On September 10, 2013, in Docket No. RR13-9, FERC posted a notice granting an extension of time until September 20, 2013 to all entities to file comments on the 2014 Business Plans and Budgets of NERC and the Regional Entities filing submitted to FERC on August 23, 2013.
