NERC Submits Informational Report on Standards Process Results for Second Quarter 2013

On October 1, 2013, in Docket No. EL13-22, NERC submitted a quarterly report on the status of an investigation into PacifiCorp’s allegations in a November 16, 2012 complaint against the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. FERC directed NERC to file quarterly status reports until the investigation is completed in a March 4, 2013 order on the complaint.
