On January 30, 2014, in Docket No. RR13-3, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC’s December 2, 2013 compliance filing in response to FERC’s September 3, 2013 order, approving revisions to the NERC Rules of Procedure Appendices 4D regarding the procedures for requesting and receiving Technical Feasibility Exceptions to the NERC CIP Standards, as well as associated definitions in Appendix 2.
