On January 31, 2014, in Docket No. RR14-1, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC’s December 20, 2013 proposed revisions to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Regional Entity Standards Development Process Manual, contained in Exhibit C to the amended and restated Delegation Agreement between NERC and SPP. The accepted revisions address various intended improvements and other changes to the Regional Reliability Standards Development process.
