FERC Issues Order Denying Rehearing Regarding Order Accepting WECC Compliance Filings

On April 23, 2014, in dockets RR13-10 and RR13-12, FERC issued an order denying the requested rehearing by the Edison Electric Institute, of FERC’s February 12, 2014 order accepting the December 2013 compliance filings submitted by NERC and the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC).  The compliance filings were submitted in response to the establishment of an independent Reliability Coordinator for the Western Interconnection.
