On June 19, 2014, in Docket No. RM14-7, FERC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) proposing to approve Reliability Standard MOD-001-2 (Modeling, Data, and Analysis). Reliability Standard MOD-001-2 addresses the reliability issues associated with determinations of available transfer capability and available flowgate capability.
