FERC Issues Letter Order Approving 2013 Budget True-Up

On July 29, 2014, in Docket No. RR14-4, FERC issued a letter order approving NERC’s 2013 Budget True-Up, filed on May 30, 2014. NERC’s filing showed comparisons between budgeted and actual expenditures, audited financial statements, and administrative cost metrics for itself and the eight Regional Entities for the 2013 fiscal year in compliance with previous Commission orders.
