On July 1, 2014, in Dockets. RM13-12, RM13-14, and RM13-15, NERC submitted its second quarterly report regarding the status of revisions to the Transmission Operations (TOP) and Interconnection Reliability Operations and Coordination (IRO) Reliability Standards. On January 14, 2014 FERC issued an order granting NERC’s motion to defer action on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in connection with revisions to the TOP and IRO Reliability Standards until January 31, 2015.
