On August 25, 2014, in Docket No. RM13-7, FERC issued a letter order approving NERC’s June 4, 2014 compliance filing seeking approval of a proposed revision to a Violation Severity Level (“VSL”) assigned to Requirement R1 in Protection System Maintenance Reliability Standard PRC-005-2.
