NERC Submits Petition for Approval of Bylaws and RSDP of WECC

On September 16, 2014 in Docket No. RR14-8, NERC submitted a Petition for Approval of Amendments to the Delegation Agreement of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (“WECC Delegation Agreement”) consisting of amendments to the WECC Bylaws in Exhibit B and the WECC Reliability Standards Development Procedures (“RSDP”) in Exhibit C. The principal purpose of the amendments to the WECC RSDP is to revise the process to gain efficiencies based on WECC’s experience to date.
