On December 23, 2014, in Docket No. RR14-8, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC’s proposed revisions to the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Bylaws and Standards Development Process Manual. NERC submitted a petition seeking FERC approval of the revisions on September 16, 2014. No protests or motions to intervene were filed, and FERC has accepted the revisions.
