NERC Submits Proposed Reliability Standard PRC-002-2 for Approval

On December 15, 2014, in Docket No. RM15-4, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of Proposed Reliability Standard PRC-002-2, Disturbance Monitoring and Reporting Requirements, and corresponding Violation Risk Factors and Violation Severity Levels. PRC-002-2 contains the Requirements for the analysis of Disturbances on the Bulk-Power System, including twelve Requirements defining what sequence of events (SER) recording, fault recording (FR), and dynamic Disturbance recording (DDR) data should be recorded and how it should be reported to NERC.
