Armin J. Moeller, Jr., partner in the firm’s Jackson, Miss., office, was quoted by Legal Tech News on March 9, 2015 regarding social media risks for employers. Mr. Moeller commented on the use of social media during the hiring process, including employers obtaining protected information via job candidates’ social media pages. He also commented on employers’ control over their employee’s social media activity under Section 7 of the NLRA.
