David N. Duhé is a member of the firm’s Gulfport, Miss., office, where he practices in the Corporate and Energy Sections. Mr. Duhé’s practice focuses on transactional projects, including the negotiation and administration of contracts in connection with public and private economic development and related activities, as well as the representation of public and private entities in connection with operations, compliance and procurement.
Millicent W. Ronnlund is a member of the firm’s Birmingham, Ala., office, where she practices in the firm’s Energy Section. Ms. Ronnlund’s practice focuses on new nuclear plant development, including licensing before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the negotiation and administration of engineering, procurement and construction agreements, as well as regulatory compliance during the construction of new plants and for operating reactors.
