Alex Khoury to Serve as Panelist at Sedona Conference® Midyear Meeting Regarding Electronic Document Retention & Production
Alex Khoury, partner in the firm’s Atlanta office and member of the Litigation and Privacy & Data Security Practices, will serve as a panelist at the Sedona Conference® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention & Production (WG1) 2017 Midyear Meeting on May 5, 2017, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Alex will participate in a panel discussion regarding Amended Rule 34, a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure governing requests for and production of electronically stored information in discovery. Alex is the leader of the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Data Management Group, and leads a dedicated team which provides in-depth e-discovery services to clients across all sectors.
The Sedona Conference® is a non-profit institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy. The organization established its Working Group SeriesSM as a forum for advanced dialogue to an open think-tank confronting some of the most challenging issues faced by our legal system today.
