Amy AdamsPartner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Estate Planning & Trusts Practice, focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust, and estate litigation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Leslie Garrett AllenPartner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Energy Practice, advises nuclear and hydroelectric utilities on regulatory, licensing, compliance, and environmental issues. She draws from a background in environmental law to provide unique insight on compliance.
Debra LewisPartner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice, is recognized for her sophisticated approach and dedicated awareness of emerging trends that impact the financial services industry. She is civically engaged in the Birmingham community, and serves as Balch’s retention and engagement officer.
Katy OttensmeyerPartner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Public Finance Practice, has served as bond counsel to numerous issuers across the state of Alabama, including large civic entities, major educational institutions and healthcare facilities. She is a founding member of Emma's Circle, a project of the Alabama CASA network, a CASA volunteer serving in Jefferson County, and she currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Opera Birmingham.
Millie RonnlundPartner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Energy Practice, focuses her practice on nuclear regulatory issues, with a particular emphasis on new nuclear development. She has played an integral role in the licensing of two new nuclear units, and is actively involved in professional organizations related to energy and regulated industries.
