Steven Burns Authored Article for Alabama’s Air & Waste Management Association Regarding RCRA Regulations
Steven Burns, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice, authored an article for the Alabama chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association’s September 2017 newsletter. In the article entitled “Waste or Recycling? EPA’s Legitimacy Criteria Largely Upheld”, Steven discusses recent challenges to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations.
Steven serves as vice chair of the Alabama Air & Waste Management Association, an arm of the national professional development organization comprised of more than 5,000 environmental professionals across the country. The Alabama Chapter of A&WMA provides members with environmental leadership, region-specific programming, and networking opportunities on a state level.
