Chris Kimble Named to “Who’s Who in Healthcare” by Birmingham Business Journal
Chris Kimble, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and chair of the Healthcare Litigation Practice, was recognized in the Birmingham Business Journal’s annual “Who’s Who in Healthcare” list for the third consecutive year. The annual list salutes professionals who have a strong influence on Birmingham’s healthcare industry.
Chris focuses his practice on litigating healthcare-related issues, including class actions, multi-district, and other actions involving managed care liability, RICO, insurance disputes, arbitration, medical malpractice, ERISA disputes, insurance fraud and abuse, False Claims Act, willing provider laws, medical, drug and device liability, antitrust, peer review, staff privileges, contract disputes, and federal and state regulated insurance programs. Chris gained seven years of experience in the healthcare industry prior to attending law school, uniquely positioning him to provide invaluable clinical and operational insights to healthcare entities. He is the past president of the Alabama State Bar Health Law Section and served 12 years in the leadership of American Health Lawyers Association.
