Balch & Bingham Welcomes Matt Goller to Jacksonville Litigation Practice
Balch & Bingham LLP is pleased to welcome Matt Goller to the firm’s Jacksonville office as an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Banking & Financial Services Litigation Practices. Matt will support the Litigation Practice, representing financial institutions and other business entities across the state of Florida.
Matt has experience in foreclosures, bankruptcies, claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), and other employment and contractual matters.
Balch’s Litigation Practice includes more than 90 litigators across the firm’s footprint. Balch attorneys regularly serve as national and regional counsel, representing clients in federal and state courts across the country, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. Our Jacksonville attorneys are recognized for their successful management of complex real estate transactions and deep understanding of the evolving financial services industry, evidenced by experience representing and counseling several of the nation’s top banks and corporations.
Matt earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law (magna cum laude), where he was awarded with a Certificate in Business Law, With Highest Honors, and was a member of the Florida State University Law Review and Florida State University Business Review. He earned his B.S. in economics and political science from Florida State University (magna cum laude).
Matt is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, as well as the Business Law Section and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. He is an alumni member of the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court.
