Balch & Bingham Recognized for Superior Client Service; Named to BTI Consulting Client Service A-Team
Balch & Bingham LLP is pleased to announce that BTI Consulting Group has recognized the firm as a leader in client service in its Client Service A-Team 2018 report, the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The rankings are determined by independent interviews with key legal decision makers at large organizations which gauge each firm’s performance in 17 objective ranking factors that drive client service, including business understanding, quality of work, innovative approach, and value.
This year’s list includes 319 law firms and is the outcome of 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision makers from the world’s leading organizations. According to BTI Consulting’s research, 650 core law firms serve large and Fortune 1000 clients. However, less than half of these firms earn a spot in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2018. This year’s leaders in client service, according to BTI Consulting, have proven their client service prowess to legal decision makers on an ongoing basis — fostering and maintaining strong client relationships day in and day out.
In 2017, BTI Consulting recognized Greg Cook, partner in the Birmingham office and chair of the Financial Services Litigation Practice, as a BTI Client Service All-Star, the only independently researched, client-driven ranking of attorneys. Greg was one of 300 attorneys recognized nationally for providing superior client service, and one of only two attorneys recognized in Alabama. According to BTI Consulting, BTI Client Service All-Stars “make the time to understand their clients in-depth, their business, their objectives, and their goals.”
