Learn more about Kye:
Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in law?
A: Becoming a lawyer has been a dream of mine since I was very young, and I have pursued my dream with tunnel vision.
Q: What encouraged you to join Balch & Bingham?
A: I was encouraged to join Balch by its commitment to diversity. Being both African-American and female, I am constantly aware of how little both African Americans and women are represented in the legal industry. Balch encourages the development of diverse lawyers and leaders, and it is inspiring to see a female attorney as the managing attorney of the Jackson office.
Q: What motivates you every day?
A: Every day I am motivated by the desire to help my clients. Being a party to a lawsuit, whether plaintiff or defendant, is often not a pleasant experience. I enjoy serving as an advocate for our clients and helping them navigate the legal process in an efficient and seamless manner.
Q: What excites you most about your career at Balch?
A: The challenging, complex legal work for clients across a wide range of industries excites me the most about my career at Balch. Each day provides a different experience and I am constantly learning something new.
Welcome Kye!
