Thomas Casey to Speak at Water Policy Summit at the University of Alabama
Thomas Casey, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice, will moderate a panel regarding water law and policy at the third annual Water Policy Summit at the University of Alabama on March 28, 2018. The event will bring together nationally recognized experts to discuss various topics such as water policies, law, science, engineering, business, management and more. The theme of this year’s conference is “Community Resiliency: Summit to Sea,” and will address water needs and current society challenges.
Thomas represents utilities, developers, trade associations and small businesses within the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice. His work involves helping clients best understand environmental regulations and defending their interests in court.
