Women’s Fund Report Recognizes Balch & Bingham Among Birmingham Employers with Top Family-Friendly Policies
The Women’s Fund of Greater Birmingham has released a report which recognizes Balch & Bingham among 15 metro Birmingham employers with family-friendly policies that are attracting and retaining female employees. The report, Clearing the Path: Next Steps, Creating Birmingham’s Family-Friendly Workplaces, highlights key findings on policies related to wages, child care and parental leave amongst companies including Alabama Power, Mayer Electric Supply, Royal Cup Coffee and Tea and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Balch & Bingham is recognized specifically for its robust maternity leave policy which includes parental leave, child care support and flexible time.
