Alex Khoury Drafts Sedona Conference Primer on Discovery Requests Under the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34(b)(2)

Alex Khoury, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and chair of the Electronic Discovery and Data Management Group, was a member of the drafting team for the recently published “The Sedona Conference Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34(b)(2) Primer: Practice Pointers for Responding to Discovery Requests.” The primer gathers advice and observations from legal professionals experienced in electronic discovery, and serves as a resource for requesting and responding parties that are subject to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34.

Alex is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention & Production (WG1). The Sedona Conference® is a non-profit institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy.
