Kim Bell Shares Five Keys to Hiring and Maintaining a Diverse Workforce in the Alabama State Bar’s Addendum

Kim Bell, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, authored an article in the June 2018 Addendum published by the Alabama State Bar. In the article, Kim discussed hiring and retaining diverse attorneys. Specifically, Kim shared five keys to establishing a diverse workforce ranging from the recruitment and hiring process to an ongoing commitment to an inclusive firm culture.
Kim is a member of the Alabama State Bar Diversity in the Profession Committee. The committee exists to advance the principles of racial, ethic, gender, age and geographic diversity in the profession. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion within the legal industry, serving in numerous leadership capacities in organizations and groups that seek to achieve a culture of equality and inclusion of gender, race, and sexual orientation.
