Her second presentation, Closing the Estate, provided an overview on final accounting, tax returns, and beneficiary distributions.

The two-day seminar provided legal education on a wide range of estate affairs, including estate planning and administration guidance, a guide to effectively navigating probate, and a how-to of properly managing an estate.

April has more than a decade of experience in estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, and special needs planning and settlement planning. She also handles other probate court matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions.
