Jimmy Williams Publishes e-Discovery Article in Mercer Law Review

Jimmy Williams, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, authored an article on e-Discovery that was published in the Mercer Law Review. The article, titled “Electronic Discovery,” was published in Mercer University Law Review’s 2017 Eleventh Circuit Survey, 69 Mercer L. Rev. 1109 (2018). The article analyzes key Eleventh Circuit court decisions on and comments on important developments in the areas of cooperation, scope of discovery and spoliation.
