Balch Attorneys to Present at Alabama Construction Law Summit

Attorneys from Balch’s Construction and Litigation Practices will speak at the Fifth Annual Construction Law Summit presented by the Construction Law Section of the Alabama State Bar. The summit will cover topics affecting the construction sector, ranging from litigation risks and contract disputes, to personnel matters and cyber threats. The event will be held on December 4, 2018, in Birmingham, Alabama.

He regularly litigates a variety of construction disputes, representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in matters ranging from contract negotiation and payment disputes to building defects and premises liability claims.
