Dave Boyd Reappointed Co-chair of Supreme Court of Alabama Standing Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure
Dave Boyd, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, was reappointed co-chair of the Supreme Court of Alabama Standing Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure, of which he is a long-standing member. The Standing Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure is comprised of attorneys and judges who make recommendations on revisions to the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure to the Supreme Court of Alabama. These rules govern the conduct of all civil actions, in both Circuit and District Court, throughout the state of Alabama. Dave’s diverse litigation practice has included representation of some of the country’s largest companies in complex, high-stakes disputes both at trial and on appeal.
