Balch & Bingham Attorney Tapped for Project Corporate Leadership Class of 2022

Said Jabbour, attorney in the Birmingham office and member of the Corporate Practice, has been named to the 2022 class of Project Corporate Leadership, a professional development program for upwardly mobile managers and professionals in Birmingham. 

The 2022 class will spend the next eight months developing business skills, including organization and project management, business etiquette, diversity and inclusion as well as best practices for handling conflict. In addition, they will learn more about Birmingham including its history and opportunities for economic development. To culminate the program, they divide into study groups to execute a service project that will have a positive impact on the community.

Said Jabbour advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. His main focus revolves around middle market mergers and acquisitions transactions and on private securities offerings, primarily under Regulation D. Additionally, Said has experience advising clients on their financing transactions and general capital raising efforts. In addition to his transactional experience, Said advises clients in various industries on their entity structuring and formation, corporate governance, and on their day-to-day operations.
