Ian Burt and Kelsi Long Join Rotaract Club of Birmingham

Balch & Bingham is proud to announce Ian Burt, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Real Estate Practice, and Kelsi Long, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Energy, Data Privacy & Security Practices, have joined the Rotaract Club of Birmingham. 

The Rotaract Club of Birmingham works to develop young leaders to actively engage in building a better community, region, and world. Ian focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisition, financing, and development. He also advises clients throughout the lifecycle of a real estate project, including review and analysis of due diligence materials. 

Kelsi focuses her practice on transactional matters involving data privacy and security, corporate and securities, and energy issues. She routinely advises clients on corporate formation, strategic acquisitions and data privacy laws and regulations, and guides clients through due diligence and contract negotiations.
