Kelsi Long Selected to Participate in Alabama Leadership Initiative

Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce that Kelsi Long, attorney in the Energy Transactions & Acquisitions, Data Privacy & Security, and Corporate and Commercial Practices, was selected as a member of the 2022 – 2023 Alabama Leadership Initiative (ALI) Class V, a program designed to complement Leadership Alabama’s existing leadership network and programming.

This six-month program takes place November 2022 – April 2023 and brings together 53 emerging young leaders from across the state to participate in sessions focused on programming for positive change. The program introduces young leaders to leaders and decision-makers across the state who are creating solutions to the challenges facing the State of Alabama.

Kelsi focuses her practice on transactional matters involving data privacy and security, corporate and securities, and energy issues. She routinely advises clients on corporate formation, strategic acquisitions, and data privacy laws and regulations, and guides clients through due diligence and contract negotiations.
