Wes Bulgarella's practice focuses on the representation of creditors in bankruptcy courts and corporations in general litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
What types of clients do you represent?
On the bankruptcy side, I represent a variety of creditors involved in the bankruptcy process. These clients include banks, investment funds, note buyers, and other financial institutions that desire enforcement of their rights in bankruptcy court. In my litigation practice, I focus on the representation of corporate defendants in a wide variety of matters, ranging from trade secret issues to banking disputes.
What do you find most exciting about your work?
The most exciting aspect of my practice is the ability to tackle complex issues and provide solutions to clients in both bankruptcy and litigation matters. The combination of bankruptcy and litigation allows me to become involved in a wide variety of matters. The lessons learned from one practice group almost always become relevant to the other practice groups in some form or fashion. Applying my knowledge to assist in solving a client's problem is the most rewarding aspect of my practice.
