About Randolph
Randolph Lanier attracts widespread praise from sources, who dub him a thorough tactician and perhaps the most respected real estate attorney in the city.

- Chambers USA

  • What types of clients do you represent?

I focus on the representation of national, regional, and local banks and other lenders on commercial real estate matters, along with the representation of developers on large-scale planned unit development projects, condominiums, shopping centers, commercial leasing, restaurants, and office buildings.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

Working with lenders, developers and their counsel throughout the United States. In this type of work, people on all sides come together to achieve the common goal of getting the deal closed, and I have made many friendships in the process.
