About Jesse
With more than 30 years of experience helping financial institutions and creditors navigate the complex world of commercial bankruptcy proceedings, Jesse possesses a deep understanding with how the bankruptcy process operates nationwide and combines that knowledge to help clients determine optimal creditor solutions for special assets, commercial and real estate workouts, and bankruptcy litigated matters.
  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

The practice of law at its core is problem solving. Litigation, while necessary, is not the only tool available to lawyers to achieve victory. My greatest excitement comes when a client recognizes that together we implemented a strategy that produced an efficient and just resolution to a business dispute. That is how relationships grow and repeat business is earned.

  • What types of clients do you represent?

My clients range from national and regional banks, community banks, shopping center developers, and businesses to commercial landlords, utilities, universities, medical research facilities, and owners of real estate and mineral interests. Really, anyone requiring litigation expertise in the bankruptcy courts nationwide.
