David N. Duhé is an associate in the firm’s Gulfport office. His primary practice focus is Business Law. Mr. Duhé’s litigation experience includes handling cases in Mississippi state and federal courts for actions involving intellectual property, property damage and breach of contract.   • Assisted a public utility company with the preparation, negotiation and drafting of agreements for the purchase and sale of byproducts
  • Advised organizational clients regarding amendments to and compliance with organizational documents
  • Served as general counsel to various non-profit corporations
