Frank Long is an associate in the Corporate, Tax and Finance Section, where his practice focuses principally on public finance matters. Mr. Long is a primary member of the Public Finance practice group and a secondary member of the Corporate practice group.

Prior Employment
Prior to joining Balch & Bingham LLP, Mr. Long spent five years based in Atlanta, Georgia as a Consultant with Accenture Ltd. (formerly Andersen Consulting), a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. While with Accenture, Mr. Long helped deliver strategic solutions to Fortune 500 clients in the communications and energy industries.
