JENNIFER WEST SIGNS is a Partner in the Gulfport, Mississippi office of Balch & Bingham LLP. Ms. Signs began practicing law in 1988 with the firm of White & Morse. In 1992, that firm merged with Eaton & Cottrell, P.A., where Ms. Signs continued her practice primarily in the areas of real estate law and estate administration. When Eaton & Cottrell merged with Balch & Bingham LLP in 2001, Ms. Signs became a member of the firm's Financial Services and Transactions section. Her practice remains devoted to commercial real estate transactions and estate matters, and she is the primary authorized signatory for the firm's Mississippi agency with First American Title Insurance Company and Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company.
