LEONARD C. TILLMAN is a Partner in the firm's Energy Section and is located in the Birmingham office. Leonard's practice focuses on credit and security matters, commercial leasing and renewable energy issues. Leonard was appointed as a Civil Law Notary by the Alabama Secretary of State in August of 2001. His practice includes the preparation and negotiation of leases, letters of credit, financing and security documents and commercial contracts and various matters relating to renewable resources.
