Ben’s experience in courtroom advocacy enables him to advise clients, including those in heavily regulated industries like energy, healthcare, and finance, on best practices and daily business conduct designed to avoid litigation and claims. Ben is also an experienced appellate lawyer, having argued cases before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
