  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

    My practice centers on various types of public finance transactions, including conduit financings through governmental authorities for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, credit-enhanced transactions, direct purchase transactions, the issuance of commercial paper, and the public offering of securities. My practice also includes acquisition transactions involving health care facilities, derivative transactions, including interest rate swaps, and the formation of governmental authorities.

  • What types of clients do you represent?

    My clients range from for-profit and non-profit borrowers, issuers, trustees, lenders, banks, and underwriters or placement agents engaged in various types of transactions. The borrowers and issuers I have represented and/or with whom I have worked represent a broad range of business sectors, including government, health care, industry, and education, including charter schools.
